In 2005 Servo were recruiting a number of support staff across Scotland to balance their continual growth within the health and local government sectors and needed quality candidates within a very tight timescale. Mark Whelan, General Manager for Scotland had used various agencies in the past but felt that there was a very real shortage of quality candidates and very little value added.
