Servo Computer Services has grown to become one of the UK’s major providers of IT systems and services with offices across the UK and over 350 staff. Their expertise spans a broad range of technologies partnering some of the biggest names in IT. They provide services, hardware and software for every kind of business and requirement.

In 2005 Servo were recruiting a number of support staff across Scotland to balance their continual growth within the health and local government sectors and needed quality candidates within a very tight timescale. Mark Whelan, General Manager for Scotland had used various agencies in the past but felt that there was a very real shortage of quality candidates and very little value added.
